The website uses a third-party payment process for processing payments made on our website. - Shipping and delivery
We aim to deliver you order to your doorstep within 7 days.
Shipping charges are applicable for all orders below INR 1000. Shipping charges vary depending on the place of delivery within India.
We reserve the right to cancel your order due to issues arising out of inventory or other internal issues or issues such as strikes, interstate regulations, delivery outrage etc. we will inform you of cancellation of your order and will offer you a refund.
- Return/ Refund or cancellation policy
The respected policy is applicable for all items sold by EcoMantraa India directly to you, with no exceptions of third-party sales.
For return/ exchange request shall be raised within 48 hours of delivery in case of following issues.
- Delivered item is in damaged condition.
- Delivered item has a missing part.
- Delivered item is different from what ordered within limitation to accuracy policy.
An Exchange or return/ exchange request shall be raised via email quoting order number along with a photograph of the product to info@ecomantraa.com.
Please note the request for the cancellation has to be made within 12 hours of the order issued. After the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return/ exchange policy is applicable.
